Returns and cancellation

This English version is provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

Here you'll find, in short, how you can cancel an order, when you can withdraw from the contract and how returns work. The full details are in the Terms and conditions.

Cancelling an order

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until we start preparing the bouquet. Call us as soon as possible on 0735 782 818 or write to us at [email protected]. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

Flowers – perishable goods

Cut flowers, bouquets and arrangements are perishable goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to them (art. 16 (d) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), so they can't be returned simply because you changed your mind. This exception does not limit your rights if the product you receive is damaged or differs from your order.

The right of withdrawal

For products that are not perishable and have not been personalised (for example chocolates), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The easiest way is online, with the “Withdraw from the contract here” button: you enter the order number and your e-mail, confirm, and we immediately send you a confirmation by e-mail. You can also use any other clear statement sent to [email protected].

Returning the products

Once we receive the statement, we tell you the return address. Send us the products within 14 days of the withdrawal statement at the latest, unopened and in good condition. You bear the direct cost of the return.

Refund

We refund the amount paid for the returned products – including the standard delivery cost, if the withdrawal concerns the whole order – within 14 days of receiving the statement at the latest, using the same payment method. We may delay the refund until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.

Damaged or wrong product

If the bouquet arrives damaged, wilted or differs from what you ordered, let us know by the day after delivery at the latest, with the order number and a few photos. After checking, we replace it free of charge or refund its value.

If you prefer to write to us, you can use this model: “To Botanic Floral Studio, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following products: … Ordered on … / received on … Name: … Address: … Date: …”
