Here you can exercise your right of withdrawal online. Enter the order number and the e-mail address used for the order; you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your statement.

For cut flowers, bouquets and arrangements – being perishable goods – the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 16 (d) of GEO 34/2014); we still receive and review your statement.
