Delivery and pick-up

We prepare the bouquets from fresh flowers on the day of delivery and take them to the recipient with care, so they arrive exactly as they left our hands.

Where we deliver

We deliver in Odorheiu Secuiesc and the nearby villages, under the conditions below. We also take flowers further, but in that case we agree on the cost and time of delivery together, before you order – call us on 0735 782 818. If you're not sure which area your address falls into, we'll tell you straight away on the same number.

When we deliver

We deliver from Monday to Saturday; there are no deliveries on Sundays (you can still pick up your order in person from the flower shop that day). If you place your order by 12:00, you can ask for delivery on the same day; orders placed later are delivered the next day at the earliest. At checkout you choose the day and the time slot: morning (9–12), afternoon (12–17) or any time during the day – for the same day, only from the slots still available. For events – a wedding, a christening, an anniversary – call us and we'll check together what's possible.

How much it costs

In Odorheiu Secuiesc and the surrounding area, delivery costs 19.90 lei and is free for orders over 200 lei; you see the exact cost in your cart before you place the order. For places further away, we agree on the cost in advance, by phone.

Pick-up from the flower shop

If you prefer, you can pick up your order in person from the flower shop, free of charge. At checkout choose “Personal pick-up” – in that case you don't need to fill in the address. We'll be expecting you on the day and in the time slot you chose.

Card and anonymous delivery

Every bouquet gets a free handwritten card with your message. If you'd like to remain a surprise, tick anonymous delivery: we won't tell the recipient who the flowers are from.

If the recipient isn't at home

The recipient's phone number can be useful before delivery. If we can't find them, we call you and agree on another time or another address together; a second delivery may cost extra.

Freshness

Cut flowers are alive. If the bouquet arrives damaged or wilted, let us know by the day after delivery at the latest, with the order number and a few photos, and we'll replace it free of charge. You'll find how to keep it fresh for longer under “Good to know” on the page of each bouquet.
