Payment methods

Card payments securely processed by NETOPIA Payments

At checkout you choose the payment method that suits you. The available methods are shown on the order page.

Online bank card

You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard card. Payment takes place on the secure NETOPIA Payments page, our payment processor: you enter your card details directly there, they are protected by 3-D Secure and never reach us. After paying you are taken back to the shop and receive the order confirmation by e-mail.

Cash on delivery

You pay the amount in cash or by card when the bouquet is delivered. For personal pick-up from the flower shop, you pay at pick-up. If you're sending the bouquet to someone else, cash on delivery is not available.

Bank transfer

After you place the order we show you the transfer details (beneficiary, IBAN, amount and reference). We prepare the order once the payment reaches our account.

Prices and invoice

All prices are shown in lei and include VAT. You see the delivery cost in your cart before placing the order. For a company invoice, enter the tax ID (CUI) at checkout.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled or a withdrawal is accepted, we refund the amount within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you paid with.
