How to order
Ordering a bouquet takes just a few minutes. Here is the whole journey, from the first click to the moment the flowers reach your loved one.

Find the right bouquet
Browse the bouquets by category or by occasion β birthday, anniversary, romantic β or search directly for your favourite flower. If you can't decide, a few ready-picked recommendations are waiting for you on the home page.

Put it in the cart
On the bouquet's page you'll find the photo, the composition and the price. Choose how many you want and press βAdd to cartβ β then you can keep shopping or go straight to checkout.

Delivery or pick-up
We send the bouquet to the address you give us, or you can collect it in person from the flower shop, at no cost. You choose the day and the time slot that suit you: morning, afternoon or any time during the day.

The card message
Every bouquet comes with a free handwritten card. Write us the text β for several bouquets, one for each. Want to remain a mystery? Tick anonymous delivery.

Your details and payment
Fill in your name, phone number and address; a correct number helps us hand over the flowers without delay. For a company invoice the tax ID (CUI) is enough, we fill in the rest automatically. Finally, you choose the payment method from those shown.

Confirmation
Right after ordering you receive an e-mail with all the details and a link where you can follow its status. We prepare the bouquet from fresh flowers on the day of delivery.
Delivery: on the same day for orders placed by 12:00; no deliveries on Sundays. For events, call us on 0735 782 818.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you let us know in time. Call us as soon as possible after placing the order β until we start preparing the bouquet, we can change or cancel it.
What happens if the recipient isn't at home?
We contact you on the number in the order and find a solution together: another time or another address on the same day.
Can I return a bouquet?
Flowers are perishable, so they can't be returned. If something is still not right, write to us or call us on the day of delivery and we'll sort it out.
Will the bouquet look like the photo?
Flowers are natural: their shades and how open they are may vary a little from day to day. But we always keep the style, the colours and the size of the bouquet in the picture.
